The 2009 Los Premios MTV Awards Winners were named last night, including the winner of the all important ‘Best Ringtone”. The VMALA’s are essentially the Latin American version of the Video Music Awards. Lady Gaga headlines by taking home two awards, Best International Artist and of the Year.
