Actress Bhuvaneshwari arrested again in Chennai

Chennai : Bhuvaneshwari was arrested again on charge of prostitution in Chennai today (oct 3). Bhuvaneswari is a popular south indian actress known for her seducing acts in the movies. Bhuvaneswari was earlier arrested by Chennai police few years ago but was released later. After her release, Bhuvaneswari alleged that she was arrested while being with her friends & she does not run any brothels.

The Chennai city`s anti-prostitution wing seems to have arrested actress Bhuvaneshwari today, while she was entertaining her client. Some reports also say that she is currently being investigated on her network & their whereabouts.

Angelina Jolie looked angelic in her white, flowy dress with Brad Pitt by her side earlier today in Syria. Angelina made the trip to meet with more Iraqi refugees after going to Africa last month. Usually she brings one or more of her kids along, but this time it was Brad, looking kinda sexy might I add, watching his partner work. Angelina was there, of course, as part of her work with the UN. She continues to raise awareness for the displaced Iraqi people who have been forced to find refuge in surrounding countries. Most recently Angelina's been in her usual uniform of all black bringing her kids on toy-shopping trips in France, but seeing her all draped in white fits right in with all her saintly nicknames.

Actress Geethu Mohandas Wedding - Marriage

Geetu Mohandas getting married to her long time “friend for over five years,ace cameraman Rajeev Ravi (Chandini Bar,No Smoking,Dev D,99,Gulal,Classmates,Jana etc) on November 14 in Kochi.

Geetu Mohandas done 40 odd films in Malayalam and Tamil. In Malayalam, she started as a child artist with Fazil’s Onnu Muthal Poojiyam Vaare (1986) and subsequently as heroine did many Malayalam films like Adoor Gopalakrishnan’s Nallu Pennungal,KP Kumaran’s Akashagopuram,Shyama Prasad’s Akale.

Geetu’s Tamil films are Mouli directed Nala Damayanthi (2003),a comedy caper with Madhavan and K.Balachandar’s Poi (2006).

Geetu was in love with Rajeev Ravi,a Pune Film Institute graduate who was in front of the avant- garde film movement in Bollywood, for the last five years. He had terrific influence on her, which also created an aversion in her for doing “running around trees” kind of films.

Last Month Geetu premiered her first directorial venture, a 22 minute Malayalam short film ” Kelkkunnundo “, whose cameraman was Rajiv Ravi.

Ekta Kapoor launches two new serials Photo Gallery

After her ''Saas-Bahu'' sagas, television Czarina Ekta Kapoor is now coming up with a different genre of serial that has been inspired by the under belly of the city. The serial, a poignant drama titled ''Bayttab Dil Ki Tamanna'', was launched here last night and will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television.

"After creating a genre like ''saas bahu'', we are coming up with a real-life story that depicts the harsh reality of this urban jungle," Kapoor, the creative director of Balaji Telefilms, said at the launch. She also launched another commercial potboiler titled ''Pyaar Ka Bandhan''.

Present on the occasion was her father Jeetendra, a leading star of yesteryears, who when asked about doing full-fledged roles on the small screen said, "it all depends on Ekta, whenever she has a good script ready for me, I will be on television." While ''Bayttab Dil Ki Tamanna'' will be telecast from October 6, the other one will be aired from October 7.
